Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your order. • We accept bank transfers (details provided at checkout or after placing your order). • Please send proof of payment where necessary to complete your booking.
Delivery & Pickup: Local delivery is available within selected areas (delivery fees apply). • Pickup options are available on request. • We strive for timely deliveries, but please allow for minor delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
UK-wide Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping to various cities across the UK. • Shipping is available twice weekly – Tuesdays and Fridays. • A flat shipping fee of £25 applies to all UK destinations. • All orders are securely packed to maintain freshness during delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable. • No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or incorrect delivery/shipping details provided by the customer.
Food Allergies: • Our meals may contain common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood). • Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order. • Rukkyz Kitchen is not liable for allergic reactions where no prior notice was given.
